This April, we celebrate a remarkable milestone – 22 years on the training market. From the very beginning, we have been a language school helping adult professionals use foreign languages effectively in their everyday working lives. At first, we focused mainly on English. Today, our portfolio includes 11 languages – including such exotic ones as Chinese!
Over these 22 years of educational and business experience, we have gathered a great deal of insight that we would like to share. We have experienced moments of excitement and outstanding contracts, as well as market downturns and economic crises. Here is what we have learned:

The most important lesson we have learned is this: the true and unique value of any company lies in the right people. It is their effort, commitment, and knowledge that create exceptional results.
-
Quality and delivering real value will always prevail.
Well-developed content and a careful approach always bring the best results. Delivering genuine value to clients is appreciated and often results in long-term cooperation. -
Commitment brings the best results.
We always give our best, focusing on outcomes and professionalism. We often go beyond expectations and surprise clients with our approach. Our clients and partners truly appreciate that. -
A human approach truly matters.
Although we run a business, we understand that treating others the way we would like to be treated is essential. Everyone goes through challenging times, and we take that into account in our actions. -
Appreciate, appreciate, appreciate.
Noticing and valuing even the smallest gestures and expressing recognition for someone’s work or attitude is crucial. It builds a positive atmosphere and makes coming to the office or to class a real pleasure. -
Small gestures matter.
Thanking each other for help, offering kind words, and making small gestures are key to building a positive work environment. These little things make us feel respected and valued, and encourage greater engagement. -
Assertiveness and empathy are key.
Understanding other people’s perspectives allows for better cooperation and more effective problem-solving. We strive to be assertive while always remembering the needs and situations of our learners and partners. -
Positive and constructive feedback is essential.
Both praise and criticism, when delivered personally, can significantly improve effectiveness and motivation. We aim to balance both forms of feedback and speak openly one-on-one. -
Verifying information is the key to success.
In a world full of misinformation, checking credibility is crucial. This allows us to provide our learners with the most accurate and reliable knowledge. -
Open and clear communication is essential in business.
We have learned never to make assumptions about understanding situations, agreements, or expectations. It is better to double-check that everyone understands things the same way than to assume. Wrong assumptions can be costly. -
Diversity is strength.
A team composed of people with different perspectives can be more creative and productive. We encourage open discussion and diverse viewpoints. Every idea goes through several filters until it becomes truly strong. -
Accept different levels of engagement.
Not everyone will have the same passion or commitment as we do – and that is okay. It is important to understand and accept differences in approaches to work. -
We can always keep learning.
Even the most experienced experts can gain new skills and knowledge. We encourage discussion and openness to feedback. Sometimes non-experts offer valuable insights and fresh perspectives. -
Do not be afraid to experiment and test new solutions.
A language school should be a place where new teaching methods and approaches can be tested in order to grow and adapt to changing learner needs. -
Focus on innovation and improvement.
The world and its demands constantly change. What worked five years ago may no longer be effective. It is important to follow trends while also introducing your own innovations, guided by both ideas and client feedback. -
Support employee development.
Investing in the professional and personal growth of employees and partners benefits both them and the school as a whole. We support our teachers through training, mentoring, and methodological guidance. -
Make work easier for people and cooperation easier for clients.
It is worth investing in tools that simplify daily tasks and collaboration. That is why we develop business processes and create our own tools, such as the VOCABite platform. -
Build lasting relationships with learners, partners, and clients.
Trust and strong relationships are key to business success. We build loyalty through professionalism, honesty, and empathy. -
Be socially responsible.
As a language school, we engage in social and charitable activities to support the local community and contribute to building a better world. -
Act in line with your values.
Consistency with the school’s mission, vision, and values is crucial for building trust and a positive reputation. Values guide actions and help make balanced decisions. -
Remember work-life balance.
By supporting balance between professional and personal life, we ensure that our employees and partners can function effectively both at work and beyond. That is why we make sure our teachers do not work 10-hour days. Rested and motivated teachers support their learners best.
