    How does the group placement process work?

    Well-organized language training means precise group placement. Thanks to this, learners do not feel frustrated that the course is “too easy” or “too difficult.” What sets us apart from other schools is that we not only conduct an online test, but also confirm participants’ skills during a short conversation with a methodologist. In general, the group placement process looks as follows:

    STAGE 1: Online test
    STAGE 2: Needs analysis
    STAGE 3: Diagnosis in the form of a conversation with a methodologist
    STAGE 4: Assignment of employees to appropriate groups

    Do teachers change frequently?

    For many years, we have been working with the same trusted teachers, who support learners in their language development until they achieve their goals. We focus on long-term relationships and stable cooperation.

    Are language classes conducted only online?

    Language courses for companies are conducted primarily online. However, in selected cases, we are also able to organize courses at the Client’s premises. To learn more, please contact the Language School Office.

    At what times are language classes held?

    Language training classes are held between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., from Monday to Saturday.

    Can classes be cancelled?

    Classes can be cancelled or rescheduled no later than 2:00 p.m. on the business day preceding the scheduled class. All classes cancelled in this way can be made up at another time agreed with the teacher.
    Any cancellations submitted after this deadline are considered completed and are charged as held.

    Does the school help with choosing the right certificate or preparing for an international exam?

    During the diagnostic interview, a methodologist may recommend an exam or certificate tailored to the employee’s goals. We also support employees with the formalities related to the exam. We are happy to organize an exam or certificate preparation course and/or mock exams.

    How quickly will employees reach a higher level?

    Language training for employees delivers very good results, as groups are usually small and each participant has plenty of time to speak freely.
    With full learner engagement and an intensive language course, reaching the next proficiency level typically takes around 6 months.

    What are the fees for a language course?

    The price of a language course for a company depends on:

  • the number of participants and groups
  • the location / format of the classes
  • the hours at which the classes are held
  • the specialization and intensity of the course

    • We work with both small companies and very large organizations. The course price always includes access to our proprietary VOCAbite platform as well as access to the electronic register and company reports.

    What payment options and models are available?

    The employer may cover the full cost of the course or only part of it. If the cost is shared between the company and the employee, the split can be percentage-based or a fixed amount.

    Will employees receive a language certificate after completing the course?

    Every employee who participates in our courses receives a certificate confirming their proficiency level, along with attendance information and the average test score.
    If an employee wishes to obtain an international language certificate, we can register them for the exam with the relevant examination institution as a language school.
