WHY US?
Advantages of working with us
If you're wondering why Prolang is the best choice for your business, let us take you through a few of the advantages of working with us:
OUR METHODS
How do we operate?
We believe that effective language learning begins with careful listening. That’s why, before we start working together, we thoroughly research the needs of both the company and the participants and carry out a two-stage level diagnosis. This allows us to create tailor-made classes – without unnecessary topics, but with full focus on what is really important.
With us, there is no room for coincidence – each lesson is a well-thought-out step towards a goal. They are led by experienced teachers who know the realities of working with adults and are able to build a partnership atmosphere in which you want to learn.
For years, we have been developing our own method based on active language work and ‘on the fly’ memorisation – all supported by our VOCAbite platform. Thanks to it, learning does not end with the lesson.
We are flexible, but always focused on quality – we teach online and, if necessary, onsite. We work with companies of all sizes, offering courses in more than 10 languages.
We combine two things in what we do: a passion for languages and the highest standard of customer service. They are our driving force – from the first contact to the last lesson.
CUSTOMERS
Over the years, we have been trusted by large and small companies:
COOPERATION PROCESS
We relieve HR of many responsibilities
We know how busy HR professionals are, which is why we do everything we can to make working with us as easy as possible. All you have to do is send us a request for a course or a language class and we will take care of the rest. Companies that work with us can rest assured that we will take care of their needs from A to Z!
In-depth needs analysis
We carry out an in-depth needs analysis at various levels - from the needs of the company as a whole and the HR department, to individual requests made by each class participant. As a result, we create courses that are genuinely tailored to real-world outcomes.
Rapid and accurate diagnosis
We carry out a two-stage diagnosis of the participants, which allows us to effectively select groups and accurately determine the level of language skills. Companies only need to send in a list of participants - we take care of the rest!
Perfectly matched lecturers
We carefully select the teachers for the groups, taking into account both the language level and the personality of the participants. With this approach, we reduce the risk of dissatisfaction and increase the effectiveness of learning.
Monitoring of activities and reporting
We provide access to a panel where HR can keep track of attendance and other course data. We provide regular reports and ensure the quality of classes by hiring the best lecturers and monitoring participant satisfaction.
Support in organising courses and responding to needs
We help to prepare regulations and organise courses from the formal side, which makes the work of the HR department much easier. If the form has additional needs, we also address these and often create unique solutions!

QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
Answers to questions that may help you make a decision
Are the classes held online, on-site, or in a hybrid format?
Prolang conducts language courses primarily in an online format, which is currently the most popular option due to its convenience and effectiveness. Online classes are held on platforms such as MS Teams or Zoom, allowing employees to participate from anywhere (home, the office, or even while traveling) and easily combine learning with their professional responsibilities. Importantly, the effectiveness of online learning is just as high as that of traditional on-site classes.
There is also the option to organize on-site courses at the Client’s premises or in a hybrid model – in selected cases, we can tailor the training format to the organization’s preferences. For details regarding such cooperation, we encourage you to contact our office to find the best solution for your team.
Can the courses be tailored to the specifics of our industry and the employees’ skill levels?
Yes. Every language training program at Prolang is preceded by a detailed analysis of the company’s and participants’ needs. Together with the client, we define key goals and the skills to be developed, and then tailor the course program and materials to the industry in which you operate.
As a result, for example, an IT company will receive classes enriched with technical terminology, while a finance department will focus on accounting and business vocabulary. Before the course begins, we also assess each employee’s language level: in addition to an online test, we conduct a short interview with a methodologist to verify practical skills and appropriately assign proficiency groups. This approach ensures that participants are neither bored nor frustrated by the material – the classes are neither too easy nor too difficult, but perfectly tailored to the team’s needs.
Are class schedules flexible? How can courses be combined with work?
Language classes can be scheduled so that they do not interfere with employees’ day-to-day responsibilities. Lessons are held between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., from Monday to Saturday, which makes it possible to choose times that fit the company’s schedule (e.g. early in the morning before work, during a lunch break, or after working hours). Class schedules are agreed jointly with the client and the teacher, and it is possible to modify the timetable during the course if the need arises. In addition, Prolang offers flexible cancellation rules: classes can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge no later than 2:00 p.m. on the business day preceding the scheduled lesson.
This flexibility allows training plans to be adjusted in the event of urgent work matters or employee absences, without losing paid class hours.
What does the teaching methodology at Prolang look like?
Prolang has developed its own effective teaching methodology – the A.B.C.S. system, or the Adjusted Communicative Bite-Sized Method. In practice, this means we combine a modern communicative approach with the principle of “small steps”: in each lesson, participants receive a portion of new knowledge, which they immediately consolidate through exercises and conversation. Classes are dynamic and interactive – we use a variety of activities such as quizzes, role-playing, and discussions to engage learners and help them overcome speaking barriers. In addition, our teachers use modern teaching tools, including e-learning platforms and AI-based elements, to enrich the learning process and increase its effectiveness.
Each course participant is granted access to the proprietary VOCAbite platform, where they can practice vocabulary and lesson material between classes – gamification elements on the platform help maintain motivation for regular learning. Our methodology focuses on the practical use of language: our goal is for employees to communicate confidently in real professional situations, not just to know grammatical rules.
How do you monitor participants’ progress and report results?
Transparency of progress and regular feedback are our top priorities. Prolang provides corporate clients with an electronic class log, which allows them to check up-to-date course information at any time. The HR department or the company’s coordinator has access to details such as lesson topics covered, individual participants’ attendance, their progress and test results, as well as organizational matters (e.g. issued invoices or settlement of used hours).
In addition, after each semester or another agreed period, we prepare a consolidated report summarizing the learning outcomes.
We also regularly collect feedback from participants regarding their satisfaction with the classes and their perceived progress. Based on surveys and evaluation interviews, we monitor what works well and what may require improvement. This allows us to respond quickly to the group’s needs and, if necessary, introduce adjustments to the program or teaching methods. For the HR department, this means continuous control over the effectiveness of the training and access to data that helps demonstrate the return on investment in language development.
Who are the teachers teaching the classes? Do they have experience and appropriate qualifications?
Our teachers are carefully selected professionals with a passion for teaching and extensive experience working with business clients. Prolang cooperates with some of the best instructors in Poland – each of them is supported by a dedicated methodological team and regularly develops their qualifications to ensure the highest quality of teaching. We place great emphasis on matching the instructor to the specific needs of each group: we take into account the client’s industry, the participants’ proficiency level, and the course objectives, so that the assigned teacher has the appropriate subject-matter expertise.
Our teachers are highly qualified and rely on up-to-date industry knowledge – as a result, participants learn language and vocabulary that are truly useful in their everyday work. Importantly, we focus on stable, long-term cooperation with our teaching staff. We have been working for years with the same trusted team, and teacher turnover is minimal. This ensures continuity in learning and allows participants to build trust and rapport with a teacher who guides them through successive stages of their language development.
Do you assess employees’ language levels before the training starts? Do you offer language audits?
Yes, assessing participants’ language levels is a standard part of our service. Before the courses begin, all registered employees complete an online diagnostic test and a language needs analysis.
Next, a Prolang methodologist speaks with each participant (a short oral assessment) to verify their practical skills and ensure they are assigned to the appropriate proficiency groups.
For companies that require a more in-depth evaluation of language competencies (e.g. prior to a planned project, promotion, or recruitment process), we also offer a professional language audit. The Prolang audit is a comprehensive assessment consisting of a written part (test) and an oral part (an interview with an auditor), fully tailored to the specifics of the industry and the positions held by the audited employees.
Such an audit can be conducted either on-site at the company’s premises or online – its scope and format are always adapted to the client’s needs. After the audit, the company receives a detailed language report. The report includes, among other things, each employee’s proficiency level according to the CEFR scale (A1–C2), an estimated timeframe for reaching the next level, as well as strengths and areas for improvement in specific skills (e.g. speaking, writing, listening comprehension). This type of assessment makes it possible to precisely plan further training or determine which employees already meet the language requirements for specific roles.
What level of improvement in language skills can we expect? What is the effectiveness of the courses and the return on investment (ROI)?
Prolang language training delivers real, measurable progress for participants. With full learner engagement and appropriate course intensity, reaching the next language proficiency level (according to the CEFR scale) takes on average around 6 months of study. Of course, the pace depends on the starting level and lesson frequency, but our experience shows that after just a few months of regular classes, employees already notice a clear improvement – they communicate more fluently in a foreign language, expand their industry-specific vocabulary, and overcome speaking barriers. This is confirmed by numerous client references: for example, one of our English course participants improved from B2 to C1 thanks to Prolang classes, gaining confidence in international projects. Other graduates emphasize that before the training they were afraid of giving presentations or participating in meetings in English, whereas after the course they conduct them independently and without stress. Such improvements in language skills translate directly into business benefits.
Employees who are fluent in foreign languages are able to operate more effectively in international markets, communicate efficiently with clients and partners from other countries, and represent the company at international conferences. Their confidence and effectiveness in everyday tasks increase, which has a positive impact on overall productivity. Investment in language training often also results in greater employee loyalty – staff appreciate that their employer supports their professional development.
As a result, the ROI of language training can be seen in improved business performance (e.g. more efficient service for international clients, new contracts secured thanks to language skills) as well as in enhanced company prestige in the market. With over 20 years of experience and thousands of business learners trained, Prolang has extensive expertise in delivering tangible results for companies.
What kind of support will the HR department receive when organizing the courses?
Cooperating with Prolang means significantly relieving the HR department throughout almost the entire training organization process. We take full responsibility for all key logistical and administrative matters, so HR does not have to spend time coordinating classes. We support you at every stage – from needs analysis and program planning, through placement tests and group allocation, to the ongoing management of the course. In practice, all we require from the company is an initial conversation to define expectations and a list of employees enrolled in the training – we take care of everything else.
If needed, we also advise on preparing internal training participation policies and employee communication to ensure high attendance. We are highly flexible and respond quickly to current needs – all client inquiries are handled on an ongoing basis (within a maximum of 48 hours, and usually the same day).
During the course, HR has direct and continuous contact with a dedicated account manager and can clarify any organizational matters at any time. Prolang also ensures smooth settlements – we provide clear attendance reports and financial summaries, which makes internal cost accounting easier.
Another key element is quality control: we regularly collect feedback from both participants and teachers, allowing us to quickly identify and resolve any potential issues (often before they are even reported by HR). As a result, the HR department receives comprehensive support – from planning, through implementation, to final evaluation of the training – saving time and ensuring peace of mind throughout the entire process.
How much does the course cost and what payment options are available?
The cost of B2B language training depends on several factors. Key variables include the number of participants and groups, the format of the classes (online or on-site), the time when lessons are held, as well as the language specialization and course intensity. Each offer is priced individually after a needs analysis – this ensures that the cost is tailored to the scale and capabilities of a given company.
We work with both small businesses and large corporations, applying a flexible pricing policy that allows training to be delivered within the planned budget, without compromising on quality. The price of each course includes access to our VOCAbite e-learning platform as well as access to the electronic class log and company reports. As for financing models, various options are available – the employer may cover the full cost of the training or only part of it. In cases where employees co-finance the course, the cost split may be percentage-based (e.g. 50/50) or a fixed amount. These arrangements are agreed individually with the client to ensure that the investment in language learning is convenient and acceptable for both parties.
At the end of the course, each participant receives a certificate confirming the achieved proficiency level, along with information on attendance and test results – an added benefit for both the employee and the employer.

Our language school for companies also runs language courses for companies (at a frequency tailored to the needs of the specific organisation), which significantly contribute to the growth of employees’ competences.
