We are pleased to announce that Prolang is one of the first companies offering language learning for companies in Poland to be awarded the SUS 3.0 certificate – the latest version of the Standard for Training and Consulting Services developed by the Polish Chamber of Training Companies.
From the beginning of our activity, we have ensured that our processes and customer service were of the highest level. Quality has not been an ‘add-on’ for us – it has always been our natural modus operandi, part of our mission to deliver services to the best possible standard. Our customers have recognised this over the years and have said repeatedly that we respond promptly, resolve issues at a moment’s notice, listen carefully and tailor services to their needs and expectations, and often even exceed them.
Over the past year, we have worked to formally describe and structure all key processes – both those related to customer service and the teaching itself. In June, we underwent an independent audit, and on 1 August 2025, we received official confirmation: we meet the highest quality standards according to the SUS 3.0 Training and Consultancy Services Standard.
