Online access to lesson topics and class attendance
Our school is one of the few on the market that offers the possibility of lesson observation online. It is thanks to the online database in which topics of the held classes are recorded.
The moment a group starts we provide a log in and password for your disposal. At will, you have access to the hourly rate per group, material followed, and each participant's class attendance.
Below you will find an example of client's interface with access to detailed information on each group. The employer can keep track of how many classes have been done, and how many were canceled by the students.
Learning progress assessment
The supervision of a student learning progress is three-tier:
- Test results comparison (run at least three times per month),
- Language competences evaluation, initial and current level of students by teachers,
- Class attendance evalutation.
Regular language tests
The Prolang Test module (also available online) gives the employer and Trainings Departments a possibility to monitor students work performance. Below you will find an overview of a sample group's test results:
The tests results are shown both in the table and on a graph, which tells us a given student's progress in percentages. The tests have been sorted from the most current to the least current within the present year.
Graphic representation of tests results makes it possible to evaluate a student in terms of their percentage level of test passing. The test results can be shown to students too, which motivates them a lot.
Individual progress assessment
Our database also includes a module thanks to which we can follow every student's individual progress. The teacher evaluates student's skills in a number of key categories in terms of how their language competences have changed.
Thanks to such presentation we can monitor the pace at which students develop their skills in a given area. To keep the learning process methodical this information becomes very useful when it is necessary to change the teacher.
Monitoring workers' class attendance
Online journals give you an opportunity to verify the percentage of class attendance, both in all groups, as well as of individual participants in detail, together with lesson dates. At your request, we can prepare a monthly or semester report on the monitoring of student class attendance, the number of classes canceled on time, as well as classes that were cancelled too late by the students.
