DEFINITION: someone who helps to organise vaccinations for people who cannot do it for themselves

 

TRANSLATION: łowca szczepionek, osoba organizująca szczepienia dla osób, które nie są w stanie zrobić tego same

 

‍EXAMPLE: My English colleagues decided to use a vaccine hunter due to lack of time.

 

TRANSLATION: Moi angielscy koledzy zdecydowali się skorzystać z usług łowcy szczepionek, z powodu braku czasu.

DEFINITION: to negotiate the price down

 

TRANSLATION: wynegocjować niższą cenę

 

EXAMPLE: They wanted us to pay the usual price but I argued down the price by 15%.

 

TRANSLATION: Chcieli żebyśmy zapłacili regularną cenę, ale wynegocjowałem 15% zniżkę.

DEFINITION: an object that does not exist, something unreal

 

TRANSLATION: wiadro pary, coś nieistniejącego, coś nieprawdziwego

 

EXAMPLE: Jack, the information about the new client you sold us was a bucket of steam. There is no new client.

 

TRANSLATION: Jack, informacje o nowym kliencie, które nam sprzedałeś to wiadro pary. Nie ma żadnego nowego klienta.

DEFINITION: a strong feeling of stress and anxiety because of the Covid-19 pandemic

 

TRANSLATION: pandemiczna panika, stan stresu z powodu pandemii Covid-19

 

EXAMPLE: I hope the panpanic eases after most of the population is vaccinated.


TRANSLATION: Mam nadzieję, że pandemiczna panika opadnie po tym, jak większość populacji zostanie zaszczepiona.
